Selectomycin D Drop (manufactured by Pharo Pharma) is a combination ophthalmic solution. It contains two primary active ingredients

• Tobramycin: An antibiotic that eliminates the bacteria causing the eye infection.
• Dexamethasone: A corticosteroid that reduces swelling, redness, and itching associated with inflammation and infection.
